We have done matrimonial dispute / divorce appraisals for more than 20 years. This includes valuations as at the date of matrimonial separation, as well as historical valuations (valuation of principal residence or investment properties up to 4 dwelling units, as at a past date, sometimes a remote past date).

We have experience in doing any residential property up to 4 dwelling units, including multi-million-dollar properties.

In the event that the matrimonial dispute action goes to court, John Brooker has appeared as an expert witness in Court of Queen’s Bench.
