We have done financing appraisals for more than 20 years, and have done many appraisals on multi-million-dollar homes. Our service area is central and north-central Alberta.

Our reputation was built on providing reliable reports in a timely manner, so much so that, before the advent of the Appraisal Management Companies, we were the “go-to” company for most of the RBC branches in the Edmonton area.

Appointments are set up at the earliest availability of the contact person, and reports are delivered within 1 business day or less of the appointment.

We have access to sales data through memberships with the REALTORS Association of Edmonton, Fort McMurray Real Estate Board, and Alberta West REALTORS Association.

We have Key box access for properties listed with the REALTORS Association of Edmonton, Fort McMurray Real Estate Board and Central Alberta REALTORS Association. This expedites the inspection process, and facilitates faster turnaround time for the report.
