We provide residential appraisal services on dwellings up to 4 units for estate planning purposes. Our service area is central and north-central Alberta.

We have done estate planning appraisals for more than 20 years. This includes appraisals on the principal residence, as well as appraisals on rental properties up to 4 dwelling units. We also provide historical valuations, specifically properties that have change use in the past (i.e., principal residence to rental property, or vice versa).

We have experience in doing any residential property up to 4 dwelling units, including multi-million-dollar properties.

In the event that the appraisal is disputed by the Canada Revenue Agency, John Brooker has appeared as an expert witness in Federal Court.
