This service involves a market value estimate of the home “as is”, and a market value estimate of the home “as if” the renovation project was complete. This provides objective advise in the owner’s decision-making process.

We provide residential appraisal services on dwellings up to 4 units for home renovation consulting purposes. Our service area is central and north-central Alberta.

We have experience in doing any residential property up to 4 dwelling units, including multi-million-dollar properties.
