John Brooker is an accredited appraiser and since 1988 has held the CRA designation as awarded by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. His education also includes O and A levels at Harrisons College in Barbados, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Calgary and a Master’s degree from the University of Toronto. John has continued to upgrade his appraisal education, and is recertified under the Appraisal Institute of Canada’s mandatory Continuing Professional Development Program. He is licensed as a residential appraiser in Alberta with RECA.

 

John’s experience in the real estate appraisal field is primarily in Residential Appraisals, including single family homes, duplexes, four-plexes, condominiums, country residential acreages, vacant land, and new constructions. His experience is also in the area of historical research for V-day property valuations.

 

John has completed many appraisal assignments for litigation purposes. He has appeared as an expert witness in both Court of Queen’s Bench and Federal Court.
