Cara Anderson is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She has been employed with Brooker & Company since April, 2003 and is in the process of completing the educational requirements of the Appraisal Institute as well as the Appraisal Institute of Canada’s mandatory Continuing Professional Development Program requirements. She is licensed, through RECA, as a residential appraiser in Alberta.
She started her career in the Edmonton Area. She moved to Fort McMurray in 2011 with her husband and children and is active in the Fort McMurray and Edmonton residential markets. She has extensive experience in the residential area, including single family homes, duplexes, four-plexes, condominiums, country residential acreages, vacant land, and new constructions.
